1. What is the warranty period for Noxar products?

Our products include night vision devices, infrared illuminators and glass scopes, covered by a two-year warranty period.

2. Do you offer post-warranty technical support services?

Yes, after the warranty expires, we provide paid technical support services including device repairs.

3. How to install new software on my device?

1. Download the right software from the Download Center
2. Extract the file from the archive (by 7zip or Winrar)
3. Transfer the extracted file to your blank SD card
4. Insert the card into the device and wait for the software to install (do not turn off the power during installation)
5. Done! You can find the version of the installed software in the device menu under the ‘Version’ tab
